1997 Graduated from Kyoto Seika University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Ceramics, studied under Professor Hideo Matsumoto.
1999 Completed the Graduate School of Ceramics, Kyoto City University of Arts Studied under Professor Yo Akiyama and Professor Kyuyo Ishikawa while still in college
2000 Started making pottery at Kobei Kiln
