During firing, the white glaze develops warm yellowish-brown tones, creating a striking contrast against the glossy black surface. The irregular, intertwining trails of glaze evoke flames flickering in the darkness, recalling the name \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cem\u003e\u003cspan\u003eShiranui\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e\u003cspan\u003e, a mysterious phenomenon of lights appearing over the sea.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe interior is covered in a deep, richly melted black glaze, revealing subtle variations in texture and tone.
