On the front, a crack has been repaired with lacquer and inlaid with mother-of-pearl, quietly gleaming in harmony with the bowl’s beautiful surface.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe firmly defined foot reveals traces of the maker’s fingers and areas of kairagi (sharkskin texture), creating a complex and deeply layered landscape. Within the foot, small unglazed sections appear among the kairagi, offering a glimpse into how the glaze was applied in an almost unconscious, natural process. The intersection of intention and chance is vividly recorded in the clay.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe interior is wide and deep, where soft crackles and lacquer form a serene and contemplative scene.
