Sen Matsumura Honnuma Awayuki hand yellow Seto tea bowl

Kiseto tea bowls by Sen Matsumura, who mainly creates Kiseto works in Saitama. This hand, named Awayuki-te, is an original work by Mr. Matsumura, with strong rabbit markings (white film-like kiln stains on the surface) unique to Kiseto. The roughly carved, heavy and massive body shines in golden yellow and exudes a bewitching aura. A big highlight is the hillside, where the clay that has been changed from a kiln and the green tamadatare make up the scenery. In addition, the rabbit's spots appear clearly and you can enjoy the complex colors. A powerful and energetic collection piece.
